What are MORI’s opening hours?
We are open Every day 08.00 – 17.00, weekends and public holidays included. If anything changes at short notice, we post it on Instagram first.

Is everything at MORI vegetarian?
Yes. Every café dish and every cake we make ourselves is plant-based — no meat, no egg, no cow’s milk. A few third-party products on the shop shelves are not fully plant-based; where that is the case we say so openly on the product page.
Are MORI’s cakes gluten free?
Yes. All our cakes and bread are baked without wheat flour, using rice, quinoa, oat and almond flour instead.
Does MORI cook with MSG?
No. The savouriness comes from mushroom stock, vegetable stock and fresh aromatics in the pan. We do not use preservatives either.
How far ahead should I order a birthday cake?
Tarts and custom birthday cakes are made to order, so please allow at least three days. Regular cakes and traditional sweets usually need only one day.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Collect in store, or we can arrange delivery within Medan. Build your order here on the site, then send the list over WhatsApp.
